[Taiwan] Student Exchange Program of Spring 2020 – Tamkang University

Greetings from Tamkang University, Taiwan!

Founded in 1950 as the Tamkang Junior College of English by Mr. Chang Ching-sheng and his son Dr. Clement C. P. Chang, TKU was Taiwan’s first private college. It became the Tamkang College of Arts and Sciences in 1958, before being elevated to Tamkang University in 1980. From its humble beginnings as one of the first schools of higher education in Taiwan, TKU now has four campuses: the Tamsui Campus, the Taipei Campus, the Lanyang Campus, and the Cyber Campus; comprised of eight colleges, with a total of over 25,000 students, more than 2,000 faculty and staff members, and more than 260,000 alumni.

💵 Contribution Fee: 40k (including lunch, transportation from/to FISIPOL, activities and entry fee)
📍 Tembi Cultural Village

We will have two sessions of activities – the morning session is outbound with several team games outdoors, followed by an afternoon session after lunch of cultural activities.

Greeting from Ritsumeikan University, Japan!

 

Ritsumeikan have started recruiting process for overseas applicants who wish to study at one of our graduate schools from September 2023 with the assistance of Japanese Government funded scholarship.

 

This scholarship, which covers the admission fee, tuition fees, provides a monthly stipend and roundtrip tickets to/from Japan, is offered by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (acronym “MEXT” (in Japanese, “Monbukagakusho”)), and will be made available to students whose applications are approved by MEXT based on a recommendation made by Ritsumeikan University.
