We are happy to announce that the exchange application period for Spring 2020 is now open!

Official Student transcripts
English language proficiency (Min. Score of TOEFL – ITP=530, iBT 80 or IELTS 6.0)
Letter of Reference
Curriculum Vitae
Motivation Letter
Confirmation Letter of Participation (download)
Certificate of Enrollment from faculty
Colored copy of passport
Passport-size photo (4 pieces, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, white background color, taken within the past three months)
Letter of Nomination from faculty (*addressed to Head of Office of International Affairs)
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Submit the aforementioned documents to the Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur F-12) for internal review;
OIA UGM will evaluate your application;
Once you are selected as Nominated Student, OIA will send your application to host university;
The FINAL decision from the host university
Please send all documents in 2 Hardcopies, 1 original to Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur Block F-12) and 1 Softcopy (Combined in 1 pdf format) by email to scholarship@ugm.ac.id by 9 September 2019.

Here are the details for the CCUC event:
📅 Saturday, 13th May 2023
🕒 08.30 – 15.00
💵 Contribution Fee: 40k (including lunch, transportation from/to FISIPOL, activities and entry fee)
📍 Tembi Cultural Village

We will have two sessions of activities – the morning session is outbound with several team games outdoors, followed by an afternoon session after lunch of cultural activities.

Greeting from Ritsumeikan University, Japan!

 

Ritsumeikan have started recruiting process for overseas applicants who wish to study at one of our graduate schools from September 2023 with the assistance of Japanese Government funded scholarship.

 

This scholarship, which covers the admission fee, tuition fees, provides a monthly stipend and roundtrip tickets to/from Japan, is offered by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (acronym “MEXT” (in Japanese, “Monbukagakusho”)), and will be made available to students whose applications are approved by MEXT based on a recommendation made by Ritsumeikan University.
