National Central University (NCU) was re-established in Taiwan in 1962 as part of the country´s response to the International Geophysical Year. The school was initially located in Miaoli, but was relocated to Jhongli in 1968, and gradually developed into a comprehensive university. NCU has now become Taiwan´s leading school in the fields of geophysics and space science and was selected as one of the major research-oriented universities in 2001. Sciences Po – Spring Exchange Pro

Sciences Po’s exchange program welcomes more than 1,500 students each year from 410 partner universities around the world. At the Bachelor’s level, exchange students can choose from Sciences Po’s seven campuses: Dijon, Le Havre, Menton, Nancy, Paris, Poitiers, and Reims. Exchange students at Master’s or Ph.D. level study on the Paris campus.

Exchange students come to Sciences Po for one or two semesters and can study in English, French or in both languages.

Most of our classes are taught in Spanish Therefore a B2 Spanish level is required. However, if the student is going to take courses taught in English a B2 English level and an A2 Spanish level is required.

Founded in 1950 as the Tamkang Junior College of English by Mr. Chang Ching-sheng and his son Dr. Clement C. P. Chang, TKU was Taiwan’s first private college. It became the Tamkang College of Arts and Sciences in 1958, before being elevated to Tamkang University in 1980. From its humble beginnings as one of the first schools of higher education in Taiwan, TKU now has four campuses: the Tamsui Campus, the Taipei Campus, the Lanyang Campus, and the Cyber Campus; comprised of eight colleges, with a total of over 25,000 students, more than 2,000 faculty and staff members, and more than 260,000 alumni.

Greetings from Chubu University!

With the addition of the new College of Contemporary Education, Chubu University has become a comprehensive university encompassing 7 colleges and 30 departments in the arts and sciences. Initially established as a pre-eminent technical university for the Chubu region, in April 1984 Chubu University added to its original College of Engineering, the College of Business Administration and Information Science, and the College of International Studies. April 1998 saw the foundation of the College of Humanities, and in April of 2001, the university opened its newest faculty, the College of Bioscience and Biotechnology. In April 2006, the College of Life and Health Sciences was opened, and on April 2008, the College of Contemporary Education was established.

Characteristics of the university are its establishment of a structure that is truly comprehensive, including studies of the fields of nature, society, and the humanities at its six colleges and twenty-one departments of arts and science. The university has created an academic environment in which students can study beyond the spheres of each department or college. COE application <IMPORTANT>
(1) Students must refer to the sample form (link) and follow the instructions when filling out this form.
The insufficient application form may cause the rejection or delay in obtaining the COE.

(2) To apply for the COE, students must demonstrate the method of support to pay for the expenses while in Japan depending on the duration of study abroad at Meiji. At least 120,000 JPY must be available as monthly living expenses during study abroad at Meiji. As part of application materials, students are required to submit financial supporting documents as follows.
One semester exchange: 120,000 JPY *6 months=720,000 JPY
One year exchange: 120,000JPY *12 months=1,440,000 JPY
Meiji University Japanese Language Online Test
(Only for applicants who wish to study at schools which offer academic classes in Japanese. Applicants to English track are NOT required to take the online test.)
Applicants to schools that offer academic classes in Japanese and cannot submit a valid JLPT certificate are requested to take Meiji University Japanese Language Online Test. Meiji University will send the information about the test to the exchange student program coordinator as soon as the online application is received.
Please note that the JLPT certificates that are valid for application are any of the followings;
(1)N1: passed before
(2)N2, N3 or N4: passed in either 2018 or 2019
