Exempt from paying tuition and other scholastic fees at Kokushikan University.

CONDITION (Language Requirements)

    All Classes are offered in Japanese

  • Undergraduate: Second Level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent. (N2)
  • Graduate: First Level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent. (N1)

#Every class is conducted in Japanese. However, if both professors and students speak English, the student does not need to fulfill the Japanese Language skills requirement mentioned above.

     Credit Transfer: Students should transfer all or partial credits earned at Kokushikan to his/her home institution.

DORMITORY

University Dormitory

  • A Room with fixtures and furnishings: bed, desk, chair, closet (No Futon or Mattress – needs to be prepared or purchased)
  • Meal: not provided

Room fee: ¥50,000/month. Koksushikan University will subsidize 80% of the room fee (¥40,000) per month. Students have to pay ¥10.000/month.

Utilities: Students have to pay ¥2,000/month for the internet and other utilities including electricity, gas, and water supply by him/herself.

Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter Universiti Utara Malaysia is organizing the 2nd Asia Pacific Youth Leadership Summit (APYS 2019) on 20 – 22 August 2019 in Berjaya Hotel, Georgetown, Penang. The 2nd APYS 2019 features some event highlights such as Keynote Speeches from Industry Leaders, Energy Connectors, Company Visits, Heritage Trail, Poster Competition, Networking Session & Career Booth, Networking Lunch with Industry Representatives.

With regards to our upcoming Asia Pacific Youth Leadership Summit (APYS 2019), we are offering TWO (2) scholarships for the students of Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia to participate in the APYS 2019.

The scholarship covers the program fee of USD275 inclusive of airport transfer from Penang International Airport (PEN) to the hotel, program materials & participant kit, APYS 2019 welcome dinner, hotel accommodation from 20 – 22 August 2019, day meals and transportation during the program. Kindly note that the travel cost/airfare to Penang, Malaysia from respective home countries and night meals are not included in the scholarship.

About the Programme:

The TF International LEaRN Programme @ NUS aims to nurture the next generation of Asian leaders by providing opportunities for cultural exchange, networking, community engagement and leadership development. Selected students will be have the opportunity to take one semester of academic courses in NUS, participate in community service work and take part in TF International LEaRN activities such as Learning Journey, Service Learning/Leadership Workshop, Young Asian Leaders Forum etc. Successful applicants will receive S$6,500 from Temasek Foundation International to support their living expenses in Singapore. Application Outcome:

Students will be informed of their application outcome for the TFI LEaRN Programme @ NUS by end-April or early-May through their email, by which they will need to confirm acceptance of the award within 1 week after receiving the offer.

By mid-June, the Registrar’s Office will notify the students on the outcome of their Non-graduation Exchange Programme application, more specifically on their module (course) selection outcome.

The program offers small interactive classes, and there are seven tracks available in the Chinese context.
